The Moxy is located in the Gateway Gardens very close to the Frankfurt Airport (one can walk there, we were meeting with friends traveling by rail and plane, we arrived by private vehicle) - it’s a great area to stay for early flights out or late arrivals. The Moxy hotel lobby has quite a vibe for guests to convene which is really nice for an airport hotel - lots of seating areas in the lobby, benches in the courtyard outside. Light snacks, meals and a hotel bar in the lobby which also had internet computers and luggage lockers. Breakfast had vegan, gluten and lactose free options. Rooms were quiet and clean. Parking garage for an extra fee, during our stay there was 90 min free street parking with Parkuhr. Two restaurants and a well stocked grocery store just steps the hotel. S-Bahnhof for the Gateway Garden is nearby, as well as the train stations serving Frankfurt Airport, maybe a 10 minute walk from Terminal 2 which has links to T1.

Unfortunately our first room the door wouldn’t lock! But we were able to switch to a more secure room from the front desk staff. The mattresses were quite thin and did not offer much support for a good night of deep sleep. Otherwise the breakfast selection was beyond fabulous and with plenty of options. Also the welcoming drink and activities in the front lobby were splendid. There were also great options of a super market and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel too!

Michelle

The hotel provides a variety of games to keep you entertained throughout your stay. The breakfast is also quite good, especially when compared to most airport hotels. The employees were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I needed to print an important document for my trip to America and mentioned that I had forgotten to do so—remarkably, they handled it for me without any additional charge. This level of service truly enhanced my experience!

It is not close from down town, around 20 minutes by train, but it is okay. The people at the front desk were very nice and the atmosphere at the hotel is young.
